The hotel overall was very clean. The staff were pleasant and the location was very convenient. The mall is a short walk away. The markets and restaurants in Laval are nearby as well. The only thing was that our room did not have a safe, which we usually use when we travel. But still, we were very happy with our stay at this Holiday Inn.

Currently undergoing a few renovations outside, but inside the hotel everything was great. Staff were very helpful and rooms were great. Lots of space, tv, microwave, AC, and everything else you could need. Recommended.

It’s near centropolis in Laval, but a little far (on foot) from the nearest metro station to go to Montreal. I like the fact it’s a little isolated (less traffic, less noisy). I had a really great time and would certainly stay again.

One night, easy access to from the highway, clean, good breakfast selection. Hotel is under reno so a couple of amenities were closed when we were there (July 2026), but to me that shows they care enough to keep up the facilities. And, again, we were only there one night. My son was attending a championship at the aquatic center next door and this hotel was absolutely perfect for us--it was close so he could rest between races. It was clean and comfortable. I plan to stay here again.

The location is so convenient. Just two minutes walking distance from the mall. Lots of choices on restaurant. The staff are welcoming and nice. I accidentally spill coke on the bed sheets and blanket. The front desk team give me the instructions how to handle the situation. And provide me with another set of blanket at 1:15am. Recommended.
