Clean, comfortable, convenient. Loved how close dining and coffee options were and how easy check-in and check-out were. The free espresso and snacks available were also nice, especially after a long day of walking around Montreal.

Very nice charming place. Quiet and comfortable. Sounds silly but was really impressed by all the Nespresso pods that were there to choose from, but only had 2.

It is a beautiful small hotel.. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. They had coffee, tea, snacks upstairs. The street was noisy (as expected on a Friday and Saturday night) but we woke up to bird songs in the mornings. Parking was easy across the street in the underground garage. We did not see anyone at the reception but it was super easy to get in and check out.

This place is cute and cozy, and it’s very convenient. The second-floor snack bar has a water dispenser and coffee machine, which is a big plus.

This was my first stay at a boutique hotel and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, the self check-in was smooth, and the location on Rue St-Denis is excellent; close to many restaurants and just steps from the Berri-UQAM metro station. There’s also a convenient snack bar on the second floor. The only downside was that warm water was lacking in the shower, especially noticeable in winter. Overall, it was excellent value for the price and I would recommend it.

Très propre, bien localisé, plutôt cosy et chaleureux, décoré pour Halloween : c’était sympa ! Astuce pour le parking / stationnement : contrairement aux suggestions de l’hôtel (qui restent utiles et appréciables) et des autres commentaires, nous recommandons plutôt de stationner à l’UQAM. C’est tout aussi proche et 2 fois moins cher pour un parking sous terrain sécurisé ! Quelques bémols pour expliquer la note : literie « ok », pommeau de douche brinquebalant et bouton d’eau chaude qui se bloque (pas eu d’eau chaude le deuxième jour, juste de l’eau tiède/pas froide) et le plus gros problème, tout du moins pour la chambre 302 : le bruit des aérations / ventilations ! En continu, en tout instant, ce bruit sourd, certes faible, était agrémenté 2 nuits sur 3 (étrangement) de grincements aigus ou sortes de couinements. Des boules quies sont proposées de base, mais ça ne masque pas les bruits aigus. En bref 2 recommandations de notre part : faire entretenir les ventilations pour ne garder que le bruit blanc sourd et éliminer ces grincements aigus, et passer sur un vitrage plus isolant.
