Perfect location and good value. The hotel is located at central area of Montreal and walkable distance to port, mont royal, and surrounded by pubs. 24hour free hot coffee, chocolate and tea in ground floor. There’s a parking garage nearby which cost 18 per day, reasonable prices for downtown. We spent lovely time here.

We had a small room with a double bed but it was comfortable. The bathroom was modern. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed sitting in the reception room drinking a latte from the Keurig You need to walk 2-3 blocks to find places to eat. The Metro was just a block away which was nice.

The continental breakfast isn’t that great. Their pancake making machine makes terrible pancakes and there isn’t a lot of good vegetarian options. Staff is lovely and beds are great. For anyone with difficulty climbing stairs be warned the entrance to the hotel is a flight of stairs up and their wheelchair lift is unusable because of 5 ft. of snow in it.
