Hotel Bonaventure Montreal
Apparently, there’s no room service, and water isn’t complimentary either. The rude concierge mentioned this, though I don’t recall his name. I’d only give it three stars because the hotel decor was nice.

SENS Hotel
Our stay was great. The room was nice and clean and the staff were helpful. The only confusion was around the continental breakfast that we thought was included but is not. Lots of places to get coffee and breakfast around so not a big deal. I would stay there again.

Chateau Versailles
Furniture did not fit well in room configuration. Also a counter piece installed behind toilet would hit you in the back when you sat on toilet. When staff came to deal with a lamp, the fridge was unplugged and our food was not cold. When we asked for ice , they gave us a bag that leaked and was ...
