Hotel Bonaventure Montreal
Apparently, there’s no room service, and water isn’t complimentary either. The rude concierge mentioned this, though I don’t recall his name. I’d only give it three stars because the hotel decor was nice.

Hôtel Ruby Foo's
There is no complimentary water available for rooms we have go out to get drinking water also there is no microwave available in rooms . they have lack of basic things otherwise the room is great looking
