Étape simple

Hôtel calme. Très bon accueil. Chambre et salle de bains vieillissantes. Remplacer le rideau de douche par une paroi vitrée. Surtout en cette periode de Covid.

Hôtel géré par une dame sympathique et arrangeante pour les arrivées tardives. Lit confortable, mais d'un point de vue général l'hôtel commence à être vétuste et aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement. Petit déjeuner standard style "continental".

Potentiellement bel endroit. Buffet de petit déjeuner à améliorer. Salle de bain à moderniser (plus de serviettes, robinets mitigeurs au lieu de mélangeurs, paroi rigide sur la baignoire au lieu d'un rideau, bonde de la baignoire fonctionnelle...) Personnel reduit aux propriétaires, ceux-ci etant très accueillants et sympathiques.

Clairement insuffisant !!!

Montrond-les-Bains est une jolie ville, cela a sauvé ma soirée. Cet hôtel a besoin d'un très grand travail pour revenir dans des standards corrects. Pour 88 euro avec petit déjeuner (très limité en choix, et personnellement on ne s'attend pas à trouver des yaourts achetés chez "Carrefour" sur le buffet), c'est juste révoltant, déco insipide, odeur désagréable dans les toilettes, télé mal réglée avec la moitié des chaînes de la TNT disponible, Wifi au ralenti (encore heureux que j'avais la 4G sur le téléphone). Seule la literie de bonne qualité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire m'ont donné envie de ne pas tout mettre en rouge dans les notations, mais c'est clairement insuffisant...

Séjour mitigé

Hôtel refait en partie et avec goût, notamment les parties communes. Chambre correcte avec une bonne literie. En revanche, l'accueil a été très froid. on nous a reproché d'être passé par Hotels.com. L'équipement des chambres est vétuste. Nous avons eu un problème de chasse d'eau qui fuit et c'est tout juste si nous n'avons pas été accusé. Volet roulant qui ne ferme pas bien. Petit déjeuné simple. Environnement assez calme. Conclusion : Séjour mitigé mais nous n'y retournerons plus.

Reservation de derniere minute...Accueil peu chaleureux. Reveiller par des travaux à 8h du matin sans même avoir été prévenu ! Coupure d'eau pendant les travaux. Reception WIFI impossible. Reception des chaines de la TNT impossible pour les chaines superieures à 18. Toiles d'araignées au plafond, tâches sur la moquette. Pour le prix payé je déconseille fortement. J'ai l habitude des hotels par mes déplacements professionnels et là on touche le fonds...

trés bon hôtel et très agréable, a conseiller!

très bon accueil, hôtesse d’accueil, très charmante serviable, et très souriante. (le plus) pose détente collation sur la terrasse privée avec en bruit de fond l'eau de la très jolie cascade décorative (ZEN) merci pour cet agréable séjour, bravo, ne changer rien!
