"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. "Muy buen trato con los trabajadores. Siempre atentos para decirme las opciones sin gluten o sacar de cocina, al igual que comida para niños pequeños. Piscina pequeña pero genial los niños al igual que el parque acuático al que dejar ir gratis. El apartamento muy bien, las camas cómodas. La única pega sería que tiene ducha y para niños pequeños es más difícil pero entran dos y tres personas o una bañera de viaje, asique no ha sido problema. Sin duda repetiremos."

"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym.
