"its the best hotel in the area to go to Met Life for a concert. All other hotels around the area are old and run down. This one was brand new, and they had a shuttle service to Met Life. "

"Overall, it was comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious for 2 adults 2 kids (ages 7 and 10). Only reason i gave it 4 star was that we unluckily ended up with a room that had faulty heating. It wasnt working. So it was a hassle to change rooms after we had already 'settled in' for the night. However, the attendant at the front desk was kind and efficient in changing us to another room and the new room luckily had functioning heat. The free breakfast was good for yhe family, thoigh i do wish they had milk alternatives available for cereal and coffee. I could only have oatmeal and black coffee. Which isnt the end of the world. Im still thankful that breakfast was included. So it saved us a teip to Ruby Tuesdays or the food court at the mall. Mall was VERY close by, just walk about a block across the street. Free Shuttle was somewhat unreliable with time arriving at hotel but the hotel attendant was able to get ahold of them to make sure they were in their way. So I advise others to give yourself enough of a buffer with your departure time. We had no issues with being picked up from the airport to the hotel though 👌"

"It was a complete relief to arrive at a well-staffed, courteous, professional, organized, and spotless facility after a long drive. The room had everything we needed; we used the iron, the hair dryer, the shower, the TV, the refrigerator, and the beds were so comfortable. The front desk staff were so welcoming and provided us with complimentary maps, oriented us to the train stations, and welcomed us to leave the car parked in the lot while we explored New York City. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was perfect, the baked goods from the local baker were the most delicious, and all the guests were friendly and courteous about sharing the space. Great vibes all around. We will tell all of our friends and be back soon!"
