"The front desk staff was excellent, the gym was surprisingly good, the breakfast had a nice variety, the hallways and elevator and rooms were clean, and the place just had a nice, clean, newer feel to it. I saw quite a few business people in the morning at breakfast. It seems like a place where professionals choose to stay when in the general area. "

"The lead-up to this one night stay was THE most stressful hotels dot com experience of my entire life. I paid for the room in December 2025, and between December 2025 and April 2026, I called Hotels.com for help to reschedule since I made a mistake and scheduled it during a time when one of my children was still in school and the other was on spring break. Numerous hours spent on phone calls, chats and emails were in vain as they claimed they couldn’t reach the property. I could not reach the property either, but since it is 2026, a landline phone should not have been their only option. I was forced to take my child out of school for two days. Even calling Choice Hotels, the parent company, didn’t help. When we finally got to the hotel, I asked why they didn’t answer their phones - ever - and they claimed their phone system was down and it would be back up shortly. How could a phone system be down for three months? They gave me an email address for future reference. Why didn’t Hotels.com have this? The stay itself was OK. We were just there for the sunrise, and nothing else. We had the free continental breakfast ( no eggs ) and coffee, and the staff apologized to us for the inconvenience. My husband told me that being on the balcony, watching the sun come up was his “happy place” on two different occasions, so I guess it was worth it. "

"Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved. Then a refund was issued immediately. Thank you, Hotels.com staff member Amed for stepping in and handling the issue. "

"The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. "

Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender."
