"Just needed a place to sleep for flying out the next morning. Served its purpose. Clean and in good condition. Downside is it’s not a great neighborhood so not a place where you’re going to walk around looking for a place to eat or drive after dark. Seemed safe staying in room. Breakfast was the typical high carb continental breakfast. Not the scrambled eggs, bacon, protein foods which is what I try to go for. So skipped it. "

"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. "From check in to check out, all of the staff were very kind friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not take advantage of all of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. "It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake.
The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. One of the beds was sagging in the middle and sounded like it was going to break in half every time you rolled over.
