"This is a very well remodeled hotel that was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. The room was not huge, but had a giant TV and small kitchenette. The couch and bed were comfortable. My only complaints were the dirty rug in the living room and no hot water at the kitchen sink. The rug either needs to be shampooed or replaced with a dark rug that won’t show dirt. Also, there was a gas valve on the floor that really needs a cover for safety reasons. You will need to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. We would stay here again!"

"A quiet place and very ideally located , just 5 to 8 minutes from Estes Park. The Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is just 10 minutes away from this place. All the good restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Kindly note that no food is available on the premises, though there is a small bar."

"Room was comfortable for a few evenings, very clean and reasonably appointed. I was surprised by no on-site office, which worked out well. The exterior could use some improvements. I'll call it "rustic"."

"This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again."
