Superb location in the town centre, parking and warm welcome from staff. I think the overly warm room and inability to turn the temperature down is a small issue but could be an asset when the weather outside gets really cold. 3rd time returning so they are obviously doing a lot of things right.

Great staff and room with lots of outdoor space and great restaurant. Aspects of hotel were outdated.
