We received a warm welcome in the bar and were shown our room. The room was quite small but it was clean and well laid out and had everything we needed.
Breakfast of cereal bar, instant porridge and a croissant is provided but we headed to the Wetherspoons or local cafe.
The bar is very welcoming and has a nice atmosphere.
We liked the central location for exploring Lancaster and not far from the University so we were able to easily visit our son.
We will definitely be back.

A very comfortable and clean guest house close to Heysham Ferry Port with long stay parking available. No kitchen but breakfast available a few minutes walk away at the nearby beach cafe and lunches and evening meals available at the cafes and inns in Heysham Conservation area within a 15 minute walk.

We had a great stay at 112 Balmoral - Ali was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even left us ice pops in the freezer due to hot weather which went down a treat!! Very close to the beach and a nice quiet area with plenty of parking spaces.

The caravan was in pristine condition when we got in. They have tea, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen, cleaning and bathroom essentials are also available. We really enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend this property enough. The owner was also nice and friendly and answers to queries right away! 10/10!
