The room was not serviced or 3 nite stay in budget rooms. Finding the room on first night after arrival was very tricky and confusing because " I did not follow instructions " 🙃. Artesian spa outdoors is lovely . Housekeeping team lovely to deal with . As Weary travellers arriving the dark ,I was taken a back by the confronting tone when asked for help . And even giving extra sachet of coffee and milk , bit unwilling . People in Moree are so lovely . Must have just a bad day for me :-)

Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel like family. Hot spring water baths on the premises ranging from warm to very hot. The water comes up from 900 metres deep straight into the baths. Both indoor baths and and outdoor.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The manager was extremely helpful and explained everything fully. The car park area is secured overnight accessible with your own code. Would stay here again, no problem.
