The staff is very accommodating and work the extra mile to make you feel welcomed! The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! If I ever come back to Porto I will definitely book a room at the Hotel Jaguar!"

Concierge was helpful to plan port tasting options nearby The room was very spacious yet weird design choices. They promote environmental stewardship but there are few places to hang things in the shower bathroom area Lighting took some time to get used to. Overall very pleasant"
