"Hotel recently transitioned from a Red Roof to a Sleep Inn. (Man at counter said it happened about a month ago) Much of the hotel seemed to be renovated- new flooring, updated bathrooms, new furniture, etc. Everything was clean. A/C worked well, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. Only reason I rated it a good, not excellent, was the hours for the breakfast. On the weekends, breakfast starts at 7."

"J'ai présentement des problèmes car en plus de Expédia ils m'ont chargé eux aussi l'hôtel et j'ai communiqué avec eux et ils disent que je suis resté 2 jours et c'est faux. En arrivant ils m'ont demandé ma carte de crédit en me disant que c'était pour la sécurité en cas que je brise quelque chose mais voilà que expédia m'a chargé $ $111.17 Canadien et eux $142.75 US ce qui donne $200.61 Canadien pour une nuit ce qui fait un total de $311.78 Canadien. Le pire dans tout cela c'est que ça fait déjà au moins quatre heures que je perd à essayer de régler cela."

"I stay here at this very ine at least 3, 4 times a month. I travel for work however this trip on 5/30 I only have one issue an I never have issues. No matter if one person has a reservation, always always make sure there is enough face clothes. Wash clothes, cloth to step out the shower an towels. I say that because this time they only gave me one wash cloth.. No hand towels. Was very little tissue on the roll. This has never happened to me before an I dont like to complain but I just needed to say that. Women we use two clothes one for face one for body as most people should, but there's a Walmart right across so I went an got two other ones. So not a complain just an observation. I will be back in a couple weeks, see you guys soon❤️"

"Let's start with the positives, the hotel is in a convenient location to Mohegan sun, and the room was spacious, after that there not much positive to say. Yes the room was clean, but the shower head being held in by caulk, the stains on the ceiling, the iron board being broken, the TV not working, are just some of the disappointing things about the hotel. They have a coffee/ bar area, but the 3 times i.went down no one able to help me, and before you ask, yes I went down at times that I was told by the front desk that someone should be there. And when I did stand at the bar area waiting, clearly with the front desk seeing me there, you would think they would try and help me, instead they just ignored me. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I will not be going back there again."
