"Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. One of them was able to get the extra charge taken off, NOT the manager. The room was filthy. Our bed was dirty, stains on one of the sheets, some wierd particles on top of the sheets, dead bugs around and the air filters was so bad that when you open it, stuff would fall out of it. Everything was booked in the area. This was las resort and I will not make that mistake again. Staff was very friendly. Manager is MIA and useless Room is discusting If I would have been contacted by someone, I would not have made this review."
