From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. "I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Charles. This was my first visit to Budapest; the hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route, and thus was a good base from which to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is generous and excellent. My room was quite comfortable. As the hotel is located on a major thoroughfare, the rooms that face that road are quite noisy. I requested a quieter room and was immediately accommodated. I appreciated the staff's kind, efficient response, and slept well for the rest of my stay."
