Good hotel at a nice ski resort

Good ski in/ski out hotel. Corner rooms very comfortable. Good food. Good value overall. Location is a bit isolated; need an ATM to get cash.

子どもと夫婦2人の3人で利用しました。 チェックインした際に、子どもにシャボン玉セットをもらい、娘大喜びでした。 下の階に子どもの足音が響いてしまいやすいため、小さい子連れにはなかなか大変でした。 温泉も、露天風呂のみ。 私が利用した時は、海外の方が多く、マナーを守らずタオルのまま入る方・シャワーを周りにかかるほどかけている方、様々な方がいました。 気になる方は避けた方がいいかもしれません。 氷が売店販売のみなので、必要な方はチェックイン後に確認をおすすめします！ ちなみに、私が泊まった部屋は冷蔵庫のみで冷凍庫はありませんでした。 今回泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、空調が設定してもすぐ効きづらく感じました。

食堂は雑然としており、人との距離が近かった点、子供を含め家族6人でバラバラに座らなければならないなど座席に対する配慮がなかったのが残念です。食器を下げる棚なども近くに置かれており、学食のイメージでした。お料理は夕食のローストビーフ、朝食のヨーグルトが特に美味しかったです。 フロントのある女性スタッフの態度が親切とは言えなかったのは残念です。 スキーなどのレンタルコーナーのおじさんたちは皆さんフレンドリーで色々教えてもらいました。リフトやゴンドラのおばさんたちもいい感じでした。ゲレンデもパウダースノーですばらしかったし、星も美しかった！

温泉、部屋、非常に快適。唯一チェックインが残念。挨拶なくPCをしばらく操作したあとに宿帳記入してと。順序が逆では？予約時に子16歳と書いたが 添い寝になりますが、と。思わずソファベッドあればいいですよ、とこちらが頼むような感じになってしまったが返事なし。恐る恐る部屋に行くときちんとトリプルでメイクしてあった。新人？他が素晴らしいだけに残念。
