The staff are so thoughtful and go beyond the call of duty- Trish was on when I arrived at 3am after having a day in hospital and she could not do enough to try to be kind and helpful

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was larger than i had expected it to be which was great. The location was good as it was close to the places i was going and had the lightrail just around the corner which was handy.

NOAH'S On The Beach
Staff was pleasant but not particularly helpful. Hotel is dated but appears to be in the process of being renovated. Not full, and still given a poor room! Overlooking a parking lot and bins Seems to be a trend when we book through a site other than the hotel’s own!
