"I’ve traveled around the world in many Caribbean islands. I absolutely loved this place! The people were genuine and kind they had everything you can absolutely think of that you needed. The food was great the quality of restaurants and service the three large pools. I know there are issues with the seaweed so you don’t get to enjoy the beach as much as you’d like, but there are areas that are absolutely beautiful. The beachfront and this place is huge so if you walk further down to the rum bar, it is truly wonderful. I had such a great time. I am booking within the next four months! By the way, there were eight of us and we all agree. It was definitely one of the best we’ve been to."

"The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. Dishes, beer bottles and other trash was place in the service area which was across from our room. The dishes stayed there for days without being collected. For the amount of money spent I would have thought the housekeeping would have been better. "

If they are taught this to be professional; it comes across a bit cold. So very unlike the rest of the staff who smile and go out if their way to make sure all is well. "
