Facilities were run down: bathroom sink basin was cracked and missing the drain stopper/cover, toilet flusher didn’t work properly, sink smelled like sulfur, and there was a futon couch that felt like sitting directly on uncomfortable springs. However, it seems clean, the mattress was comfortable and we enjoyed our private spa pool. Our room’s decorations were very basic, no cute colorful paint or anything else special as photos suggested."

"Building 1, is unsanitary. My patio slider did not even lock, if management is unaware, then there is a breakdown in communication for usually obvious reasons. Beware of room condition, construction onsite that you get no relief from. Old plumbing that stinks and unreliable hot water, unhealthy for seniors. Management is all about profit and they lie."

"We loved this property and will be back for sure! The villa was spacious, clean and had every little detail you can think of. Registration staff was very efficient, the hotel let us use the property amenities hours before our check-in as well as after checkout. Definitely fans! "
