"A last-minute change of itinerary brought my daughter and me to the Isle of Palms and to this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect- right on the beach. It was easy, though somewhat expensive, to get chairs and an umbrella (from a company independent of the hotel), and the beach was clean. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and it was nice to have breakfast available before setting out for the beach. On the downside, the hotel was more basic than I anticipated and the walls...

"This resort was wonderful. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The only thing I will say about the room was it was a slide door to the bathroom and it didn’t have a handle and it was kind of heavy and hard to slide. But really not a big deal. The area around the resort was beautiful. Loved that we could walk out the pier and along the water. We enjoyed that every night we were there. The pool area was very nice as well. Plenty of room and lounge chairs....

"The room was clean and well furnished. I had very little interaction with staff but it was pleasant. The breakfast was not as good as I remembered. The sausage was very bad and the selection of pastries was limited. Very little fruit also."
