"When I arrived at the hotel the staff was not wearing uniforms.The front desk agent stated there was a pool hot tub and gym .to bad the hot tub was not heated the handicap lift at hot tub did not work so it really was a kids pool . There were still some people in the pool at 12:30am the elevators had button lites out and elevators had a bad smell.In the room some lamps had non working bulbs. 1set of outlets non working.Hair and soaps Im in the tub"

"Parking lot was messy with over grown foliage. Random trash in lots and side walks. We had issues with our key cards even getting into the room and had to walk back and forth 4 times to get the room open so that was a bad first experience. When we were there, the cleaners had 4 mattresses pulled out on the sidewalks that look incredibly dirty and was hosing off other things from the rooms to later find out they had a cockroach infestation in some rooms. So when we entered our room, I had low expectations, which my feelings were correct. The bedding had stains on them, the bathroom had bugs crawling all over the floors, the actual floors of the room had debris all over, the couch in the corner had nasty stains on them and the nightstands also had nasty marks and sticky residue on them as well. This is the worst place I've ever been to, please do not go here. I immediately walked out and requested a refund. The front desk staff was the only positive thing about this place as they unfortunately know how nasty this place is but seems like the owner wont do anything about it despite many complaints. "

"Plenty of parking and an on site mini golf course. They closed the pool 10mins early so we weren’t able to stick our feet in after a long day of walking. We did have to kill multiple bugs in our room, so the property is definitely older and run down but the price was right. The star of the show was Destiny at the front desk. We checked in around 11pm and were exhausted and she was fast and super friendly. Our AC unit didn’t work the first night and she came the second night after maintenance had already left for the day and reset it and got it working. She’s amazing!"
