"Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. "
"We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn.
After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to confront him". We were so grossed out by it we couldn't stay another night, they didnt offer to refund us or anything since we booked with Expedia so we had to deal with Expedia, the people at the hotel said we were too loud (kids) that they had noise complaints so they were not going to refund us!!!! The people that work there, lived there. STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment!!! "
"I've been traveling on business for 35 years and always look for good value in the lodging I use. My needs are simple: a clean room, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave. I'll use a workout room once in a while. A decent breakfast is a definite plus. The Garden Inn met all of my needs at a price I could live with. A great value in my book!"
"Using towels felt like drying with 220 grit sandpaper. TV remote did not work. One fire door to outside had a broken hinge and did not close, another doors latch was broken so it wasn't a secure entry way. Parking lot needs resurfacing and painting."
