"The staff and property were wonderful. They were very prompt with the airport shuttle. I was only disappointed that again a pool was advertised, but was not open. I picked the hotel in part because I wanted to be able to let the grandaughter I was visiting swim. This ruined the plans we had."

"It was very difficult to get them to send an email with the information I needed to check in, so it ended up with me having to stay at another hotel the first night because they forgot to send me the first email"
