"I loved the rooms. They were very clean. The sink was stopped up but that was an easy fix. The staff were excellent even with the language barrier we had. Breakfast was just OK, but that FRESH PRESSED ORANGE JUICE, I’d fly 2 days back anytime just to have it again. We had a beach view room and it was just an amazing feeling to wake up to that astonishing view every morning."

"The shower head did not make me very confident. The rest of the room was clean and okay. The air conditioning is blasting full force, but we had extra blankets and they were thick so it was okay at night. The manager was absolutely not born to work customer service and was quite rude. You need to pay to leave your luggage before/after your stay if needed and have no access to any common area before the room is ready. Our room was ready an hour after advertised check out time and no help whatsoever was offered. "

"Has a rooftop pool/bar with an amazing view of copacabana and the statue of the Christ. Bedroom is very spacious. Has a frigobar with drinks. The bathtub needs some TLC as well as the walls. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious. Theres plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. it was a very nice stay."
