"Booked through Expedia. Selected incorrect date. Realized 1 minute after hitting submit. Tried to cancel and both Expedia and Best Western said I could NOT cancel, despite the “booking” being 1 minute old. Did not get to use the room, but was charged for it. Terrible customer service by both businesses. ..."
