"I was always given an extra blanket when I asked for it in many hotels in different countries, but the staff in the Tide hotel flat out rejected to give me an extra blanket for no reason at all. He offered to turn the temperature of the room to 30 degrees. But that would be too hot for my husband. So I ended up sleeping with my jeans and jacket on. It was so uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep well. I’ll never stay in this place again. Horrible customer service."
