"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The photos do not do justice to the exquisite furnishings and architecture. We had booked a Classic room which was beautiful - stained glass windows overlooking an internal plant filled courtyard. We were then offered an upgrade for our second night and found ourselves with a stunning rooftop suite with private terrace. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both evenings and food was delicious. Breakfasts were also memorable. Staff were wonderful and we were very sad to leave. So many thoughtful touches to make for a perfect visit. We will return! Thank you. "

"Alex and Yasmin provided a beautiful experience. We stayed in the Rubis suite for five nights. The property itself is stunning and has many unique antiques throughout. The staff is excellent and catered to our every need. Alex arranged a guided tour of the Medina, as well as escorts to help us find restaurants in the evening. My wife enjoyed the cooking class with Fatima. We ate at the Riadh for breakfast and several dinners and all of the food was excellent. they are beautiful views of the Medina from the rooftop terrace and the restaurant especially at sunset. They have a relationship with the luxury hotel Palais Faraj we enjoyed Hamam annd massage experience at that hotel arranged by Yasmin as well."

"Great location if you want to explore the medinas. Staff are AMAZING! Restaurant can be quite loud so avoid ground floor room if you are a light sleeper"

"Beautiful Riad with palace like details and feel in the center courtyard, nice hospitality and staff. Cant beat this Riad in value and location as well. Go for it."

"Breakfast was very well prepared and delicious. Mehdi was attentive and helpful and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the riad itself left little to be desired and felt dated, dark and lacked cleanliness. Our ground floor room didn’t feel safe with a secure door as it felt loose in its place, and furthermore, the lock broke (however Mehdi promptly provided a replacement. "

"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as location was perfect. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."
