Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Acomodacoes confortaveis e limpas, porem o wi-fi o sinal era fraco e nao funcinou. O hetel e amplo e aconchegante, excelente especo para fotografias e curtir a natureza. Em relacao ao parque aquatico merecia um pouco mais de cuidado com os brinquedos, alguns faltam manutencao como pintura, reparos e retiradas de ferrugem, alem dos tubogans machucarem as costas e pernas durante a descida.

Deixei todos os detalhes quando realizei a reserva, além de mandar e-mail, todavia, quando cheguei ao hotel não haviam realizado a reserva corretamente. Hotel totalmente despreparado para receber PCD. Passei mais de 1h tentando resolver, nos ofereceram um “quarto melhor” e quando entramos o quarto era totalmente pior, menor e fora do padrão do que havíamos contratado. Experiência péssima!
