"I don’t have any bad review regarding the property but definitely I have bad feedback to their customer service.
The management of this hotel was very unhelpful and inflexible regarding my reservation. I had booked a two-night stay for May 10–12; a month in advance, I requested to cancel without seeking a refund and simply asked that they issue a credit for a future trip. My reasons were more than sufficient: the global situation regarding the war is obvious, and U.S. government authorities are advising citizens against traveling due to jet fuel shortages affecting many countries. Consequently, I did not wish to take that risk.
Initially, I booked a reservation with a full refund option; unfortunately, however, I got confused and failed to notice that the deadline to cancel was March 11th. I thought it was May 9th which I believed gave me plenty of time to cancel yet despite having paid a higher rate, they still refused to issue me a credit for a future trip. Be very careful when making reservations at this hotel, and don't let the same thing happen to you, so I ended up losing all my money."
