"We stayed for one night in this hotel. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is located in a very beautiful remote spot, just by the lake. We had a family room with lake view. The room was very spacious and spotless clean, however the furniture and decor were slightly outdated. We enjoyed the hotel ..."

"Very wonderful stay, staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and supper buffet had lots of variety. The onsite onsen was perfect for unwinding and the foot spa was a picturesque place for taking in the view. It’s location is a five min walk to the ferry and gondola station."
