"The hotel is in a wonderful location along the sea and was close to everything. Our room facing the sea was outstanding and we enjoyed time on the small deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and was tasty. This is a gem of a hotel and we would most definitely stay here again."

"This is an exceptional hotel 👍, location is good with self parking. It is very clean everywhere. Staffs are all very nice including all receptionists, restaurant/bar servers, and cleaning ladies. Breakfast is served very well. Highly recommended!"

"This property is so cool - great location at the base of the town overlooking the valley and vineyards. The cocktails at the bar were amazing. We did, however, have a problem with the shower not having hot water but apparently this was just something temporary that they were getting fixed soon."

"The staff was completely uncaring and unhelpful. There was no ventilation in our room. None at all. When I asked at the front desk I was told someone would take a look at it. When I asked again an hour later they said they called to have it inspected. When we got back from. dinner no one had been there. When I checked again with the front desk (in person since the phone did not work) I was told it was inspected and nothing was wrong. I was told that all of the rooms were the same temperature and it was suggested i sleep with the windows open. There was an obvious error code on the thermostat and all of the other rooms had their patio doors closed so I assumed their climate was working. So I was lied to twice by the front desk. And they were very smug and rude about everything. Even at check in. We have been all over the world in many hotels and have never been treated so poorly. Yes. The pool and location is great but does not even begin to compensate for the staff behavior at the price. This was our sixth visit to Portoroz and I will never stay at this hotel again. There are much better choices."

"The hotel is a resort hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The only issue we had was parking. There were no defined parking spots so cars were parked with a lot of space in between. "

"Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut instand gehalten. Das Gebäude ist recht gross. Je nach dem wo das Zimmer ist, muss man recht viel laufen. Schöne Aussicht. Pool ebenfalls. In Hauptsaison ist der pool sicherlich zu klein. Schönes Spielzimmer für Kinder vorhanden. Minibar im Zimmer leer. Nicht mal eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Rezeption interessiert das nicht auch nach Nachfrage. Parkplatz extragebühren 20-/Tag. Wollten unser Aufenthalt um 1 Tag verschieben (in Nebensaison, hotel fast leer), dann hat es geheissen, sie haben keine Verfügbarkeiten. Nicht motiviert, um etwas für die Gäste zu tun."
