Great resort, very popular and busy but this is managed well and it’s an enjoyable place to stay. Lots going on. Very clean and well maintained. Food is excellent, even at busy times it is well catered for.

We only stayed here for one night. Check in was quick. Staff were lovely. Pool/beach area were not busy. Food was good. Whole resort was clean and tidy. Enjoyed our one night stay. Would return.

There are 2 tennis courts open because of the storm and only thing maybe have more resident cats? Idk just like them ❤️. I’d love for the terrace bar to have been open longer. Such a shame it’s such a short amount of time when you want to enjoy a drink in the evening. Other than that, lovely hotel and friendly staff. The drinks and food are good. If you have young kids at night there’s a little kids party.

Very nice property with a nice spa. Temperature control is an option as the air conditioning isn't available some times of year. So if you are there on a warm day you will have to hope the outside temperature drops enough to keep you cool. Restaurant was buffet and mediocre at best. I'd stay here again but with lowered expectations.

Federico the receptionist was one of the best friendly helpful staff. Service room was excellent,I would love to thank Everyone there for their exceptional hard work and amazing service ,Maria at the coffee Bar in the lobby is one of the amazing beautiful person ,in Luger husband who works at the Bar . We travelled early July. The overall presentation of the hotel-from the room to gardens, lobby area, bar/restaurant was very good. Cleanliness was good. Pool area lovely. Food was varied, drinks were fine ( we went all-inclusive) Our son was too old for the kids club- but we did notice the kids doing activities and appeared well supervised. We had a hire car- it was easy then to get to Alhambra, Nerja and explore the area.

Das Ambiente und Personal ist top. Ein nein gibt es nicht. Sogar ein Hinweis das das Abendprogramm deutlichst zu laut ist, wurde gleich Abhilfe geleistet und die Lautsprecher leise gedreht. Das Buffet ist gigantisch. Für wirklich jeden was dabei. Selbst Zöliakie oder Glutenfrei wird berücksichtigt. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen includiert und das ist für den Preis voll zu empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war neu und stilvoll eingerichtet und durch den täglichen Roomservice sehr sauber. Die Fensterscheiben unseres Zimmers mit Meerblick waren sauber und die Aussicht aus dem Bett sehr schön. 2 Aussenpools waren in Betrieb, der für Erwachsene wird gerade ertüchtigt. Ein Bademeister hält Vorort die Kinder in Zaum. Badetücher bekommt man täglich frisch, bei einmaliger Kaution von 10,-€ die man beim Checkout wieder bekommt. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen auf dem großzügigen Areal. Das natürliche Wellenbad hat einen schmalen Kieselstrand, den ich persönlich bevorzuge, da hier kein feiner Sand überall kleben bleibt. Es gibt unterschiedliche Freizeitangebote, wobei wir nur Tennis gespielt haben. Der Platz ist ok, sicherlich nichts für Pro's. Fussballplatz ist nicht mehr bespielbar. Tischtennis geht. Golf kann ich gar nicht beurteilen, aber es waren ein Haufen Golfer jeden Tag unterwegs. Fazit, wer ein paar Tage Erholung sucht, sich um nichts kümmern möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Beim Animationsprogramm ist das so eine Sache, Kindergarten Programm oder Karaoke, das ist Geschmackssache...

Fint hotell med helt super beliggenhet! Hyggelig betjening og god og variert mat og drikke til alle måltider. Flotte pool- og hage-områder for avslapping, soling og aktiviteter. Hotellet har egne tennisbaner, Petanque-baner og bueskyting, og rett på stranden hvor man kan spasere flere kilometer i hver retning. I tillegg ligger hotellet midt mellom golfhullene til Mariscos Golf.
