"It was excellent all around!"

"We had an amazing trip overall, but unfortunately our experience with the front desk/assistant manager left us disappointed. While he was not outright rude or mean, his attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful, especially when we were trying to get clarification about our stay benefits. One of the biggest issues was that our reservation included a $300 food and beverage credit. When we asked about it, we were told that we did not have one, so we moved forward assuming that information...

"Awesome 3 night stay in early May in a nicely decorated and refurbished over water bungalow. Quiet and tranquil. Spectacular views from all the bungalows and around the property. Excellent service. A hands on general manager who personally greets each guest and who was always available for questions and comments. As an avid paddle boarder I enjoyed use of the boards provided for guests. The bungalows sit in waist deep water perfect for swimming, walking, or watching the Eagle Rays swim by."

"We really enjoyed our stay here - everything was as described/stated - maybe the weather could have been a bit nicer but that is not up to the resort 😉. Overall the resort is very well maintained esp. given the hot and humid climate. The coral garden with its variety of fish was really amazing and we drift snorkeled there quite a few times. In front of our beach bungalow we spotted several rays and one baby reef shark as well."

"Great location with lots of restaurants around. Unfortunately our room smelled pretty bad. But otherwise was a pretty good experience."

"Staff is amazing! Service was great! Food was good! The only negative is booking excursions through the resort! Do not book through the resort you be charged double sometimes almost triple the price if you went through Viator or Expedia. A $500 excursion on Viator was $1700 through the four seasons."
