"La Splendia has a great location with ocean views and access to coastal trail. Staff was friendly but breakfast service slow. The elevator (lift) was broken the whole 3 days we were there. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Definitely not a hotel, or like a hostel, can’t even get in the building without a key fob, no hotel staff, no front desk no entry
I felt scammed and I’m still waiting to hear back, nine days later, for a full refund"

"A beautifully updated and impeccably clean studio apartment in a prime Cape Town location -- nestled between the Sea Point/Mouille Point ocean promenade the the beautiful Green Point Park.
