"This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. "First day we didn’t get hot water. It is challenging to communicate with staff due to none knows English well. Rooms are clean , staff is disorganized. "

"The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. Feel sorry for the lovely guys at recption having to...
