"Clean simple room. A bit small with one adult and a baby. I had requested a crib but it clearly had been missed. Staff were lovely. There wasn’t a fridge, or kettle or water or tea etc which was a bit disappointing."

"Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way...

"The concierge and team were fabulous. They helped organise a private wine tour in St Emilion with three very different tasting experiences. We were a group of five and it felt really special. They also recommended and helped booked restaurants - Influences was outstanding with a blind tasting menu and prices so reasonable compared to London. The hotel location was excellent for walking around Bordeaux and very handy for the tram which was very easy to use. We caught the tram to the train...

"The property was well maintained. Susana, working the front desk, was simply outstanding. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place in a quiet village. If you’re looking for nightlife, this is probably not the place for you.😉 this is wine country and there are vineyards everywhere. We had an absolutely delightful time and will do it again"

"The hotel was on the periphery of the old town centre and was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the tram hub was just across the road which means the entire surrounding area is easily accessible. We stayed here in 2023 for RWC France and returned this year for the Bordeaux Sevens. We hope to return next year. The room we had was well appointed and maintained and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful and if there was a question they could not answer then...
