When needing fresh towels, refills of toilet tissue and attention for broken A/C multiple calls needed to be made and we experienced extended wait times. "Wonderful hotel. Rooms were new, clean, very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Great location to shops and dining. Will definitely stay again!"

"Room was clean, Staff was helpful. We had room with one king bed. Maybe I am being too critical but the room was poorly designed. The door to the bathroom had a large opaque glass which faced the bed so if you got up at night to use it you would wake up your spouse with a bright light. Also the toaster did not work at the breakfast, but the food was good 👍. We didn't take advantage of the bar/tapa's area at night but it looked well stocked and friendly."

"My wife is confined to a wheelchair, I booked and got an accessible room. That said, when in the shower the bench was too far back to use the normal shower so she used the hand held one. The only problem then was that the water went under the shower curtain and wet the rest of the bathroom floor and the body wash and shampoo was the out of reach, so I had to put some in my hand and transferred over to her. Only little things, but to a disabled person it’s a lot. Please rectify urgently."

"No coffee much less complimentary till 7am. Room coffee was the worst I have ever had. Room was damp A/C didn't dehumidify room was damp and smelled damp. The on site food was ok but way over priced. Hotel staff was poor had very little concern for condition of room nor the bugs hanging out on ceiling. No value I'm going back to Hilton."

They only clean the room every other day and they didn’t even change my top bed sheet I know because I saw the same small rip. The ceiling fan was very noisy didn’t use it for that reason...

"The room was very clean, bright and updated with a retro vibe. Pleasant surprise to see a fridge with room for an ice bag in freezer. One block walk to beach with access from property. They also had umbrellas and beach chairs & towels for use. Unfortunately with heat, walking to breakfast or downtown wasn’t desirable..and we’re big walkers. But there were good restaurants within 5-10 min drive without having to go to the town centre."
