Rooms need updating — the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even when it was completely closed. Mattresses were not great. They did have great a/c and a nice lobby area but it is definitely not worth what they charge.

room seemed clean but felt less clean because the whole hotel needs updating. There was peeling paint in the bathroom, rust areas around the shower and overall things felt "dingy". The front desk staff, while nice, was extremely slow. it took me 15 minutes or more to check in and I was the only one ...

No hot water, no refills of soaps, shampoo pr conditioner or anything, no refills of towels. Garbage littered all over the premise especially outside the entrance to building on the reserve part.
