"The hotel is well located in Markham. However arriving at night from Denison St, we drove into a poorly lit drive way which ended up in its neighbor's dark parking lot. Turns out the hotel parking is via a long side road from its neighbor's driveway!
Once inside, the entire hotel ground floor appears to be an afterthought by the architect. Anyone new to the hotel will be dis-oriented by a myriad of hall ways, poor signage and a reception desk hidden behind the elevator shaft.

The room was not properly maintained. There was visible water leakage damage on the ceiling, which gave a poor first impression. The microwave was also defective, as the turntable was not rotating.
