"Great place to stay, expensive but cheaper than some of the neighboring properties and you can't blame them for keeping up with the pricing up there. Staff was very nice. room was a good size beds were comfortable, great location about a 15 minute walk into town all on sidewalks. the only slight critique is that the shower has an oval shower rod so the shower curtain doesn't lay flush against the tub so water got on the floor, but no biggie. would absolutely stay again!"

"We liked the fact that the inn was relatively close to downtown Bar Harbor. We could hop on the free shuttle that picks up guests from a series of hotels and inns. It runs every 20 to 25 minutes and ends up by the Bar Harbor Green. Trying to park in Bar Harbor is way too challenging and expensive. The inn is close to a very busy street, which can be noisy. Breakfast is OK. A wider variety of fruit would be appreciated. Not sure why kiwis were offered. You can’t peel them or cut them with a...

"Perfect location that is close to everything and accesible by the island explorer. Clean facility and the indoor pool was an added bonus on days when it rains."

"I don't like the fact that if check-in time is 3;00 that under no circumstances will they let you in before that. When you are on the road traveling you don't have an idea a lot of the time about when you will arrive. Would be nice to have someone say sure, for an extra fee you can have a room now or it will be ready in an hour. Better than having to wait 3 or 4 hours. I won't stay here again because of that very fact. I'd rather pay a little bit more and be able to get in a little...
