"The minute we walked into the room we were overcome with the smell of air freshener. The remote on the TV wasn't working so I went to the front desk to find out if it needed new batteries. The guy at the front desk used it on his TV and it worked so it wasn't the batteries. He went up to the room and tried it and it didn't work until he pressed it up against the TV. "I found this hotel to be one of the best that I’ve been in a long time. The room was clean the pool area clean when there was no towels and I text and they brought clean towels. The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel."

"There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....
