Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty.

I booked room because it says it had refrigerator, microwave and outdoor pool. No microwave and no refrigerator has to do out and spend more money. Pool is out of order. Very disappointing and sad!!

Rented 2 rooms 1. One room, no air conditioner, just a big hole in the wall that you could see outside had to change room 2. First thing done in one room was killed two bugs 3. One room TV did not work 4. One room, no remote for the TV 5. One room out no outlets worked 6. One room, the people next-door were smoking all night and stunk up the place 7. No cups or tissues in room 8. One room, the light above the sink wasn’t working properly 9. One room, the water to the toilet was turned off and had to be turned on 10. The door in the one room doesn’t even seal properly. You can kind of see outside when locked and latched

From my experience, this location needs updating and maintenance. The 1st room given had a broken door latch and the door knob lock was broken as well. I notified the front desk & was given a new room. The 2nd room’s tv did not work and the refrigerator door was broken with no hinges.

I would only recommend it if you are on a tight budget. The price is affordable for a limited budget. However, there were issues with appliances(tv/fridge), busted or no locks on certain doors, noise levels in certain areas,and rude staff with the exception of the housekeeping crew. The housekeepers were peasant and helpful and the a/c worked great.

I liked how quiet it was, hot shower water, t.v., pond view and fluffy beds. I didn't like the fact the check in smell of weed and was over hot inside. I did like the lack of soap or enough towels. I didn't like the stained bedspread or unsafe door that didn't lock.

The water pressure was good. The tv setup on the wall was cool. There were a lot of holes in the comforter from peoples cigarettes and mildew in the bathroom that they tried to cover up with caulk. Also, not all of the outlets worked so that kind of sucked. It seems like they are in the midst of some kind of renovations so hopefully it will get better?

For the positive – it was adjacent to the IHOP, the price was good, we requested the first floor and they were able to deliver, the desk clerk was very nice. For the downside – no hairdryer no coffee maker we caught about three channels on the TV, none of which we were interested in, The bathroom door was hanging on its hinges, we had to lift it to be able to close it. Not extremely bad but you get what you pay for.
