"I drove by last year while headed to another motel that I had made the wrong selection - the Brittany looked clean and well maintained and the lot was full.
I stayed there this year and it met my expectations. It was very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed and an excellent value. The other guests (the lot was full again) were courteous.
The only issue I had was with the check in instructions. IMHO there were too many too early on and they were too long. And when check in finally came, rather than just saying what to do in that message, reference was made to previous 'emails or texts'. The cell service isn't great at the motel and I couldn't log into Expedia without a several mile drive back into town to get a strong enough signal. When I did I couldn't find the referenced message and dialed their 800 number to check in. I got in and checked older texts and found what was referenced, but IMHO it could have been much easier.
Overall, my room made up for the inconvenience and I will definitely stay there in the future."
