"Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.

"It was hard to get the temperature to our liking in the room. The wall thermostat and the fan unit under the window did not seem to work together.
A heavier blanket on the bed would have been nice because even though we powered off the unit, the fan blew all night and it was cold.
On the plus side, the pool table in the bar area was great!"

"his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time.
