"When we first got there, I was double charged the deposit which dampened our spending money while we were there the person who ran the bar didn’t show up the whole entire time we were there the first room we stayed in had a severe water leak coming from the shower and the showerhead was screaming so they had to move us to a different room and when we got into that room, the flooring wasn’t put together correctly, and the balcony railings weren’t painted all the way, which was an eyesore inside...

"We like the ability to walk out our door next to the pool and have dining. The uniqueness of the hotel theme was awesome, Koi pond, Lanai, gardens and restaurants adjoining the hotel. Renovations were fabulous along with their decor. Very quiet and Serene. The restaurant had fabulous service and delicious meals. We will continue to stay there when we visit the very close Stanford University and Stanford health."
