"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"Wir waren 4 Nächte in dieser unglaublich schönen Unterkunft in Agia Pelagia. Die Happy Cretan Suites, ist so eine schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Personal und allgemein alles so gepflegt und modern gestaltet. Die Suite mit Pool, ist einfach nur ein Traum und bietet so viel privates. Allgemein ist die Anlage sehr sauber und auch die Zimmer wurden immer super gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch echt super, man konnte sich zusätzlich etwas von der Menü Karte bestellen, auch wenn das Buffet ausreichend...

"Licht und Schatten Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. Zum positiven: Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel. "Ich war alleine für drei Tage hier. Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe noch nie eine Hotelanlage gesehen, die sich so harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt hat wie diese. Eine wunderschöne Gartenlandschaft. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich hier wieder übernachten."

"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."

"Super Nettes Personal, Anlage war grundsätzlich sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt und Handwerker haben kleineres schnell ausgebessert. Aufgrund des Urlaubs außerhalb der Ferienzeit war natürlich die Anzahl an Kleinkindern höher und man hatte öfters keine Ruhe. Ansonsten war der Kurzurlaub gelungen und die Anlage würde ich weiter empfehlen"
