"There was an issue with the heat and fan. Had a hard time getting it turned on. Had to continuously keep pressing the buttons until it went and stayed on. I realize that my room was in the old/original section but the room only had 1 electrical outlet in the main part. There was one in the bathroom but I wasn't going to plug in my devices right next to the sink. Everything is automated and there is nobody onsite for issues that come up. There is also a vent in the bathroom that clanked and banged ALL night long. I was tired when I laid down and tired when I woke up. Couldn't wait to get home!"

"1st room was extremely dirty. Went to front desk and they said since I booked through a third party app, it automatically assigned a room and it happened to be one they use for “storage”. 2nd room was cleaner, still just changed into our wedding attire and left "

"Couch needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned instead of just putting cover over cushions, layer of dust on top of fridge, inside fridge dirty, dishwasher dirty and old, dishes sticky and dirty in cabinet, not given pots/pans/sponge/dishwasher soap, toilet seat broken (had to be careful not to slip off when sitting down, carpets filthy, pull out sofa awful and extra sheets and pillow had definitely not been washed, toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was clogged whole time, layers of dirt in corners in variety of places, trash cans dirty, mattress stained and uncomfortable, sticky remote, had to ask for wifi. I get that this wasn’t a ritzy place but CLEANLINESS should never been an issue in a hotel. This place takes no pride in cleanliness, cuts corners, does lower than pure basics. Someone knocked on my door at 9:30am to see if we were still there, check out isn’t until noon. Breakfast was decent. Don’t stay in this dump. They won’t have my hard earned money again. "
